Q.  How long will it take to re-roof my home?
A.  Once we start your job, we stay on it until completion. We will not leave it to start another. Depending on the job, it can be 1-3 days.

Q.  Do I need rain gutters?
A.  Rain gutters are always a great idea. They protect your home from dry rot, more so than the roof itself. Most dry rot occurs in the eaves and corners. Proper installation can prevent most dry rot.

Q.  I understand that re-roofing creates a mess, who will clean this up?
A.  On tear-off we are careful to have everything covered or out of the way and all debris is cleaned up and taken away. This is done on the same day.

Q.  What percentage do I pay upfront?
A.  None, Payment for the job is 100% upon completion of work.

Q.  Do you install air vents?
A.  Yes, they are included in the bid. They are required for two reasons. They are required by the material manufacture to get a long lasting roof and to help keep moisture out of the house.
